Common Questions:
1. What if a player doesn’t play?
If a player in your Bet Builder doesn’t participate, your bet is void and your stake will be returned.
2. What happens if the match is cancelled or postponed?
If the game is cancelled or doesn’t resume the same day, your bet will be voided and your stake refunded.
3. Does extra time count?
No. Bets are settled based on the 90-minute result (including injury time). Extra time and penalties don’t count.
4. What happens if a player’s score is exactly on the over/under line?
The bet is a push and you’ll be refunded.
5. Where do you get the data from?
We use Opta for all football statistics.
6. What decides bet settlement?
Opta is the official source for settling Bet Builder markets.
7. When will my bet be settled?
Your bet will be settled within 30 minutes of the match ending.
8. What if a leg of my accumulator is voided?
If any leg of your Bet Builder is voided, the entire bet is void, even if other legs win.
